This project took a unique approach to a full-house remodel. We worked closely with the owner to modernize the home while staying within a limited budget. The floor plan was reconfigured by adding a wall between the existing dining room and living room, creating additional wall space for a walk-in pantry in the kitchen and providing room for kitchen cabinets to accommodate a new kitchen island. The wife, with a keen eye for design, selected all the interior decor, from the flooring to the tiles and fixtures. By collaborating closely with the owners and being mindful of the budget, we successfully transformed this home into a modern, functional space that reflects their personal style and enhances everyday living.
