The objective of this project was to craft a bespoke floor plan, perfectly tailored to the owner’s unique lifestyle, while modernizing the home with the finest materials and craftsmanship. Every interior wall was thoughtfully reimagined, incorporating advanced sound insulation with Quiet-Rock to meet studio-grade acoustical requirements, along with an additional layer of acoustic treatment in the entertainment area to optimize the performance of the owner’s Bowers & Wilkins sound system. The home’s utility lines were upgraded, complemented by the installation of an energy-efficient, sustainable system. A state-of-the-art whole-house surveillance system was seamlessly integrated to provide enhanced security and peace of mind. Throughout the residence, premium finishes were meticulously selected, including exquisite Crystal Cabinetry, luxurious porcelain countertops, and high-end home fixtures, ensuring an unparalleled level of sophistication and quality in every detail.
